The Swiss Pairs is a Red Pointed event, and is one of several events like this run in the seven Scottish Districts. It was first run in 2006.
The Swiss Pairs is open to all players. It is scheduled to coincide with a Camrose International Trial so prospective and current international players will be expected not to play in the event (though they are not specifically excluded).
Please consult the "Guidelines for Running East District Events", and forward any necessary amendments for future reference to the Committee.
