The Rayne Cup district qualifier is now combined with the Edinburgh Congress Trophy.

The Rayne Cup is the SBU Open Teams of Four Championship, for which the East District runs a heat.
The heat winners also win the Edinburgh Congress Trophy, which was previously used when the East held its own Congress.
This is a heat for the national SBU event.
